KeyLink's Achievements and Innovation in RF Amplifiers Industry

Over the past year, KeyLink Microwave has made some achievements in the microwave and RF power amplifiers industry. 

KeyLink received a total of 10 patents in 2021 and was named one of the top 100 invention patent companies in Sichuan Province in 2021. Meanwhile, our RF amplifier engineer, Hongyun Huang, was awarded the title of Outstanding Contribution to Enterprise Technology Innovation in Sichuan Province in 2021.

Meanwhile, We have added new state-of-the-art equipment such as SMT vacuum reflow oven and laser welding machine to increase production of RF amplifiers and systems and meet customer needs faster. SMT vacuum reflow oven can reduce Inclusions/voids by 99%. The laser welding machine has the advantage of being highly gas-tight and aerospace compliant to ensure product quality and improve stability.

These new machines will enhance our technology development capabilities and ensure more automation in the production of our solid state power amplifiers, resulting in a significant increase in production capacity.
